Promotion terms

#MyPadXStats Terms & Conditions

Promotion period: 6 October 2026 to 23 December 2026

1. The promoter

Promoter: PadX Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16411327), whose registered office is at 1 Sopwith Court Offices, Slough Road, Datchet, SL3 9AU (“PadX”, “we”, “us”).

2. Promotion period

The #MyPadXStats promotion runs from 6 October 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on 23 December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Posts made outside the Promotion Period are not valid entries.

3. Eligibility

  1. The promotion is open to PadX players who play a qualifying match at a participating PadX-powered club during the Promotion Period and complete the entry steps in section 4.
  2. Players under 18 may take part.
  3. Alcohol will not be awarded or supplied to anyone under the age of 18. Weekly Prize winners aged 18 or over may choose an alcoholic drink, subject to age verification and the participating club's licensing policies.
  4. Winners under 18 will receive a non-alcoholic drink instead. A non-alcoholic option is also available to winners aged 18 or over.

4. How to enter

  1. Play a match on a PadX-powered court using the PadX app.
  2. Share your PadX match stats on Instagram or Facebook. We recommend the Share button in the PadX app; a screenshot of your stats is also accepted.
  3. In your post, tag @padx.ai, include #MyPadXStats and add a short comment about what you learned, noticed or improved about your game using PadX.
  4. Each qualifying post from a valid PadX-recorded match = 1 entry.

5. Draws and how winners are selected

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries for each draw. We will share the draw on the PadX Instagram account, so you can see the random selection process.

Weekly draw

Each qualifying post gives you 1 entry into that week's draw. Weekly entries reset after each draw. To enter the following week's draw, play again and share a new qualifying #MyPadXStats post. Whether you won or not, you can enter again the following week with a new qualifying post.

Monthly draw

Each qualifying post gives you 1 entry into that month's draw. Monthly entries reset at the beginning of each new month. To enter the next month's draw, play again and share a new qualifying post. Whether you won or not, you can enter again the following month with a new qualifying post.

Grand Prize draw

Every qualifying post submitted between 6 October and 23 December 2026 also gives you 1 entry into the Grand Prize draw. Unlike Weekly and Monthly entries, Grand Prize entries build up across the whole promotion and do not reset. The more qualifying posts you share, the more entries you have in the final Grand Prize draw. For example, 5 qualifying posts = 5 Grand Prize entries.

6. Prizes

Weekly Prize: a drink on us

Monthly Prize: coaching + Pro

1 winner will be selected each month and will receive:

The event is scheduled to take place 21 to 24 January 2027.

Flights, accommodation and other travel expenses are not included. The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation, travel documents, insurance and other personal expenses.

7. If you win

  1. PadX will contact winners using the social media account or contact details associated with their entry.
  2. Winners may be asked to confirm their identity and provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange their prize.
  3. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of PadX first contacting them, PadX may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the eligible entries for that draw.

8. Social media, privacy and your posts

  1. To enter, your post must tag @padx.ai, include #MyPadXStats, show your PadX match stats and include a short comment about something you learned, noticed or improved using PadX.
  2. Your post must be visible to PadX so we can verify your entry.
  3. PadX may repost qualifying #MyPadXStats posts on its social media channels.
  4. Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners and fulfil prizes, in line with the PadX Privacy Policy.

9. Instagram, Facebook and Meta

This promotion is administered by PadX and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
